I was commissioned to design a party to celebrate the reopening of the Hermes Royal Exchange store.  This year Hermes was celebrating playfulness so we filled the old Lloyds Banking Hall with an array of games inspired by the City of London buildings and classic desk accessories.  Crazy Golf created from desk paraphernalia , Hook a pieces of stationary based on the Gherkin and Mind the Gap designed with the Cheese grater building in mind were a few of our hybrid games. 

Costumes of all the games masters were custom made for the occasion inspired by the same style and colouring of the games. 

Each guest was invited to wear a horse-shoe shaped lanyard with a map of the games on it – they were encouraged to collect hole punches ( which completed the horse shoe) as they completed each game . Winners could collect custom made balloon prizes from our balloon artist as well as one off portraits by Gwendal Le Bec  who had illustrated the invite.
